About Louella Fraser
Real estate buying and selling is foundational to attaining a happy home and making a sound investment. As a longtime resident of Northwest Minnesota, I can put my experiences and knowledge to work in helping you find the best suited property for your family and investment goals.
My husband and I currently live on the family farm. Our earlier days consisted of farming and raising our 4 children. I became realtor in 2010 and in 2016 found ourselves as empty nesters and since have ventured into acquiring a resort, commercial buildings and a VRBO lake property. Real Estate is the core of our focus in building long term assets.
We enjoy short trips visiting quaint little towns of rural Minnesota, each offering uniqueness reflecting their charm and traditions. We frequent larger cities like Minneapolis St. Paul and the Duluth area, our state offerings are so diverse, lakes, woods, shopping, and cultural traditions.
